Man in wheelchair robbed

The attack took place in the early hours of Monday

A man in a wheelchair has been robbed by a woman in Coventry.

The victim was on Eagle Street, Hillfields in the city at about 0315 GMT on Monday when the woman approached him.

She threatened the 33-year-old and, after a struggle, grabbed his bag containing cash and personal items.

The woman is described as white, in her early 20s, with shoulder-length blonde hair.

Any witnesses are asked to contact Little Park Street police station.
