Police seek court escapee
Robert Osu
Osu escaped a hearing over a bail breach
Police in Norfolk have appealed for information after a man escaped from custody at a magistrates court.

Robert Osu, 24, assaulted two security guards from Group Four before escaping from Thetford magistrates on Saturday, a police spokesman said.

Officers failed to find him during a search of the immediate area.

He is described as six feet tall and slim, with very short dark hair and he has a Liverpool accent.

He was awaiting trial for conspiring to steal and assault and was appearing in court for breaching bail.

Police said Osu may be a danger to the public and should not be approached.
