Finsbury Park Mosque Raid
Finsbury Park Mosque
The dramatic raid on the Finsbury Park mosque in North London involved battering rams, ladders, 150 police officers and seven arrests.

The mosque is the base of the outspoken Muslim cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri who praised the al-Qaeda network after September 11th. Moderate muslims, while in no way linking themselves to the views of al - Masri - have expressed disquiet at the raid.

Peter Marshall looked at how the raid may affect community relations.

Saddam Hussein
Will he stay or will he go? The pressure on Saddam Hussein to go into exile is increasing. How likely is it and where would he go? Our Diplomatic Editor Mark Urban weighed up different scenarios and Kirsty Wark interviewed the Foreign Secretary.

New Aircraft Carriers
British Aerospace is battling with the French firm Thales for the 9 billion pound MOD contract to build two new aircraft carriers to replace Ark Royal, Invincible and Illustrious.

We had exclusive information on the progress of the bid and who is likely to win the contract.

Mecca Cola
Take one of the world's leading drinks brand - and a powerful American symbol - and subvert it. Mecca Cola is the brainchild of a Tunisian born French business man. He's created a new drink, only on sale in France for two months, but 10% of the profits are to go to Palestinian charities. Demand in Moslem neighbourhoods is going through the roof. We met the controversial entrepreneur behind the venture.
