Arrests made after weekend raids
Police searching for drugs
The raids are part of Operation Achieve
Police have arrested 18 men after a series of raids on a Bristol cafe over the weekend.

Drugs worth £2,000, including 160 wraps of crack cocaine, were seized after three raids on the Black and White Cafe in St Paul's.

Police made 11 arrests in two raids on Friday, and seven on Saturday, including 10 Jamaicans.

Four Jamaican nationals are being held by the immigration service and are awaiting deportation.

Seven men have been released without charge, two cautioned for drugs offences and five are still being investigated on drugs and immigration matters.

The arrests are part of Avon and Somerset police's Operation Achieve, set-up to combat gang violence and drug dealing in Bristol.

They come just days after it was revealed armed officers are patrolling areas of the city following reports of a 'turf war' between rival drug gangs.
