Police investigate death of pub landlady
Brandon, Suffolk
A 60-year-old man from Brandon, Suffolk has been released on police bail after being questioned by detectives investigating the death of a former pub landlady.

He has not been charged.

The man, who was not named by police, was arrested following the death of Ann North, who had recently retired after running the Five Bells public house in Market Hill Road.

Ms North, 46, was found dead at her home in Brandon on 15 January.

A post-mortem examination was carried out at the Norfolk and Norwich hospital, but further tests are expected and a cause of death has not been announced.

Detectives said they want to hear from anyone who spoke to her in the days prior to her death.
