Man critically ill after crash

The accident happened on Telegraph Hill
A 19-year-old man is critically ill in hospital after a road accident near Exeter.

The accident happened at Telegraph Hill on the A380 on Saturday evening.

The man, from Exeter, who was driving a Ford Fiesta, was involved in a collision with a Skoda Octavia driven by a 36-year-old local man.

The injured man was taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital where he is receiving treatment in intensive care.

Police are appealing for any witness to the incident to contact them on 08705 777444.
