Print firm welcomes bills contract
A Lottery ticket
The company also makes tickets for the Lottery
A South West firm has won a contract to print all the bills for Scottish Power's three million electricity and gas customers.

It is a significant step forward for Stralfors of Falmouth, which is expanding its operation.

The business is best known as the firm that prints the tickets for the National Lottery, but it has a wide range of big clients, including Lloyds TSB and the National Blood Service.

Now it is increasing its share of the big printing market for the utilities.

It has won a three-year contract to be the sole supplier of billing paperwork for Scottish Power.

Stralfors turns over £20m a year and employs 150 people on two sites in Falmouth.

It has now outgrown those sites and it is moving to a new base at Redruth, which is currently being built.
