Mr Pomata denies harassing Claudia Schiffer
A former kitchen porter accused of harassing the supermodel Claudia Schiffer has been returned to psychiatric hospital.

Agostino Pomata, 33, of north London, arrived in an ambulance at Sudbury Magistrates Court in Suffolk on Wednesday morning.

He denies visiting Ms Schiffer's home in Stanningfield, Suffolk, nine times between September and November 2001.

Mr Pomata was remanded under the Mental Health Act last month.

On Wednesday, magistrates decided to return him to hospital for a further 28 days while a second psychiatric report is prepared.

They will then decide whether the case will be sent to trial.

Mr Pomata is due back in court on 5 February.
