Boy 'raped schoolfriends at playground'

A 13-year-old raped two schoolboys aged seven and nine and made them perform indecent acts on others, a court has heard.

The youngster was with four boys at a recreation ground when he threatened to beat them up unless they did what he said, a jury at Gloucester Crown Court was told.

The boy, from the Lydney area of the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, denies two counts of rape, one of indecent assault and four counts of indecency with a child.

All charges refer to four boys, three aged nine and one aged seven.
