City shopping centre changes hands
The Fishergate Centre in Preston
The Fishergate Centre was recently refurbished
One of Lancashire's popular shopping centres has been sold for £47.5m.

The Fishergate Centre in Preston has been bought by Warner Estate Holdings PLC.

The centre, previously owned by Burford Ltd, was recently refurbished.

Warner owns six shopping centres in the region worth a total of £210m.

They include others in Bolton, Middleton, Sale, Ellesmere Port and Liverpool's Cavern Walks.
