Dead man named by police
Westcountry ambulance
An ambulance crew attended the incident
Police have named a man from Cornwall who died in an industrial accident in Devon.

David Facey, 42, from Callington, was found trapped under a lorry at Sanders' Scrapyard in Tavistock on Monday.

An ambulance crew tried to revive Mr Facey, but he was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers from Devon and Cornwall Police also attended the incident.

Health and Safety inspectors have begun an investigation.
