Man arrested after woman's body found
The woman has not yet been identified
Police in Hampshire have arrested a man after a woman's body was discovered in a flat in Southampton.
The body, which has not yet been identified, was found by officers at about 1900 GMT on Sunday in Colliers Close, Portswood. A post-mortem examination will be carried out on Monday to establish how the woman died. A Hampshire police spokeswoman said the man will be questioned later on Monday. Meanwhile, forensic officers are examining the flat for evidence. |
