Soldiers hurt in Kashmir blast
The authorities in Indian-administered Kashmir say that at least three Indian army soldiers have been wounded in an explosion in the summer capital, Srinagar.

They say suspected militants triggered explosives strapped to a bicycle in the Rajbagh area when an army vehicle was passing by.

The Kashmiri militant group, Al Naserien, has said it carried out the attack.
