Man shot in both ankles
A man has been treated in hospital after being shot in a paramilitary-style attack in west Belfast.

The 18-year-old was found in the Norglen Parade area of Ballymurphy on Wednesday night with injuries to his ankles.

Meanwhile, a man is recovering in hospital after a paramilitary-style shooting in west Belfast.

Four men bundled the 23-year-old into a car on the Whiterock Road.

He was driven to Ballymurphy and shot in both ankles.

The man was discovered in the garden of a house just before 2200 GMT on Tuesday.

Police have appealed for anyone with information about the attack to contact them.
