Children's' Rights
Child at window
We looked at the victory for Children's' Rights in the courts - and a defeat for the government. The Howard League for Penal Reform had challenged the Home Office policy that the Children Act "did not apply to under 18's in prison establishments."

We interviewed the Home Office Minister responsible and the former HM Inspector of Prisons, Sir David Ramsbotham who has been campaigning for a change in the system.

Bali attack
Also, the Indonesian police say they've arrested the two men most directly involved in the Bali attack which claimed the lives of 191 people but establishing an al-Qaeda connection is proving more difficult.

Phil Rees was given special access to the police investigation allowing him to trace the trail of the bombers.
