Russia urges Iraq restraint


Russia has called on all sides to show restraint over the air exclusion zones imposed by the United States and Britain over northern and southern Iraq.

Russia, which does not recognise the zones, issued a statement through the Foreign Ministry expressing serious concern about the clash on Tuesday between American and Iraqi warplanes over southern Iraq.
