International monitors in Kosovo have condemned the recent outbreak of violence in the provincial capital, Pristina.
A spokesman for the European security organisation, the OSCE, which oversees the monitoring mission said both sides were to blame for the incidents last night.
At least seven people were injured in an explosion outside a café frequented by Serb teenagers and subsequent attacks on Albanian-owned businesses.
Correspondents say the violence is an ominous sign, as Pristina has so far remained undisturbed by the past year of fighting in Kosovo.
