Littlehey Prison
Jarvis escaped from the Category C prison
A prisoner who scaled the perimeter fence of a Cambridgeshire jail has been recaptured after a week on the run.

Paul Jarvis, 41, was found in Northamptonshire early on Wednesday morning.

He was arrested by local police.

He had escaped from the Category C Littlehey Prison near Grafham shortly after dark on 13 November.

He was serving a five-year sentence for burglary and is not considered dangerous.

Jarvis has been taken to a police station in Banbury, Oxfordshire, for questioning.
