New rail strike planned
BBC Breaking news graphic
Train drivers with First North Western have announced they are planning another strike.

The drivers, who are members of the Aslef union, will stage a 48-hour walkout next month affecting the network across north west England and north Wales.

In a separate dispute, drivers with the Wales & Borders company will also stage a two-day strike in December.

The strikes, announced on Tuesday, are the latest moves in long-running pay disputes.

More soon.
