A Northamptonshire church minister has appeared at the Old Bailey charged with a series of sex offences.

Pastor Douglas Goodman, 46, from Turnberry Lane in Collingtree, is alleged to have raped a woman at a London hotel.

He is also accused of 10 counts of indecent assault allegedly committed between 31 October 1997 and January this year.

Mr Goodman, a pastor at the Victory Christian Centre on Kilburn High Road in North London, was bailed until his next court appearance on 3 December.
