Swan Lake: Your views
Swan Lake
Darcy Bussell takes on the lead role in some performances
Swan Lake is one of the most popular ballets of all time and the Royal Ballet have revived Anthony Dowell's 1987 production for the run up to Christmas.

Alina Cojocaru danced the part of Odette/Odille on opening night and later in the season the Royal Ballet's two biggest stars, Darcey Bussell and Sylvie Guillem, will perform.

"The Royal Ballet company, as usual, excels itself in the group dances, drawing on the rich costumes and set by Yolanda Sonnabend, inspired by Faberge," wrote BBC News Online's Steve Schifferes.

But what did you think?

What were the lead performances like? Does the ballet lose anything because of its familiarity?

Have your say
