Czechs deny Dutch bribe claim
Czech political parties have denied allegations that they received bribes from a Dutch company seeking to buy into the Czech state telecommunications company SPT in 1995.
The Dutch company, Royal KPN, has also denied any wrongdoing during the privatisation of SPT.
An associated Dutch company TelSource bought a twenty-seven percent stake in SPT in 1995.
Dutch politicians have asked the government to investigate the allegations, made over the weekend in a Dutch television programme.
