Sunday, January 3, 1999 Published at 22:02 GMT Sport: Football Rangers and Celtic happy with Cup draw Tiny Whitehill Welfare, from the impoverished former mining village of Rosewell in Midlothian, have been offered a dream Scottish Cup tie with Rangers. But first the non-leaguers must overcome Stenhousemuir in their second round replay next Saturday. Whitehill, who play in the East of Scotland league, know a match with the Gers could set them up financially for years. The draw for the third round of the Tennents Scottish Cup was made at Ibrox on Sunday night and the other half of the Old Firm should also be happy with their tie. Celtic have been given a home tie against First Division Airdrie, who embarrassed them in the League Cup earlier this season. Tricky draw at Fir Park Scottish Cup holders Hearts face a tricky time at Premier League rivals Motherwell. The third round draw also threw up an Ayrshire derby between Ayr United and Kilmarnock. Aberdeen, who have struggled this season and sacked manager Alex Miller before Christmas, will be at home to Livingston. The Second Division leaders are coached by former Hearts star John Robertson who is relishing a clash with Aberdeen caretaker manager Paul Hegarty, a former coach at Tynecastle. Robertson said: "It's a great clash with Aberdeen and it'll be nice to meet Paul Hegarty again." The full draw is as follows:
