Pair questioned about abducted woman

Detectives are questioning two men after a woman abducted from the West Country was found safe and well in south London.

The pair were arrested on Saturday morning after 38-year-old Katey Caven knocked on the window of a flat in Brixton at around 3.30am.

Mrs Caven, from Bathford, Somerset, was last seen on Wednesday being bundled into a car in nearby Bath.

She later rang her sister and said she knew the abductor but the call was cut off.

A man in his early 30s was arrested at a block of flats in and a 39-year-old man was detained in a car.

An Avon and Somerset police spokesman said: "Two men arrested on Saturday are still helping us with our inquiries".

He said: "Mrs Caven is very upset and distressed and has received medical attention, but is otherwise okay."

"Officers travelled to London and escorted Mrs Caven back to Bath where she has been interviewed."
