Police in South Africa say there has been a car bomb explosion near a popular tourist attraction in Cape Town - the second blast there in five months.
A police spokesman said it was very lucky that no one was seriously injured.
So far there's no indication who was behind the car bomb.
In August, two people were killed when a bomb exploded in a restaurant.
Police initially suspected that Islamist extremists were behind that attack, although there have been no arrests.
