Seventeen reported dead in Kashmir crash


Reports from Kashmir say at least seventeen people died and twenty six were injured when a bus plunged into a deep gorge on Thursday.

The Indian news agency, PTI, said the accident happened in the Kupwara district when the driver of the bus lost control on a tight bend.

Most of the injured are said to be critically ill.
