What is Newstalk? ![]() BBC News Online joins with the BBC World Service to bring you Newstalk, the international multimedia phone-in show. Newstalk is an exciting new venture - which uses the Internet as a way of broadening a global phone-in debate. It is on the radio - and broadcast live on the Internet - on Sundays at 1400GMT. For details on how to tune in to BBC World Service radio click here. Or else you can follow the show on the web-site, where you can even look in on the action in our studio thanks to our sneaky web-cam bringing you the programme in both real video and real audio. To contribute to the programme, you can either e-mail us - either before or during transmission - or call us on 44 171 379 7444 from 12:00GMT on Sundays. And don't worry about the cost - you can call us collect (reverse the charges). Newstalk is your chance to talk to the world. Ask our correspondents and experts the questions you really want to know about their work. Or tell us what you think about the topical issues of the day. You can contribute to our debates both before, during and even after the programme goes out on the airwaves. |
