Wednesday, December 30, 1998 Published at 03:14 GMT World: Africa Kinshasa and Brazzaville sign pact Congo Brazzaville and the Democratic Republic of Congo have signed a non-aggression pact. A statement issued in Brazzaville after talks between President Denis Sassou-Nguesso and President Laurent Kabila, said the two leaders agreed not to resort to force against one another's countries, nor to encourage the use of their territories to support hostile acts against neighbouring countries.
