But is the world really ready for war?


In an interview for BBC HARDtalk, Carrie Gracie discusses just how far the international community is prepared to go, with Gary Samore, a former Special Assistant to President Clinton, currently with the International Institute of Strategic Studies in London, and Menzies Campbell, foreign affairs spokesman for the UK opposition Liberal Democrat Party.
