Murder victim named by police

A police officer guards where the body was found
Police have named a woman whose body was found in a car park in Cornwall on Saturday.

Camborne woman Debbie Foster, 38, was found strangled in the Rosewarne Road car park in the town at 0220 GMT .

Streets around the car park were sealed off while forensic experts carried out a search for clues.

David Leonard Strudwick, 55, of no fixed abode, appeared in Truro Magistrates Court on Monday morning charged with her murder.

There was no application for bail and Mr Strudwick was remanded in custody to appear before Truro Crown Court on 19 November.
