Teenager faces hacking trial
Hand at computer keyboard
Mr Caffrey is charged under the Computer Misuse Act
A Dorset teenager faces a crown court trial after he allegedly hacked his way into a United States computer system.

Aaron Luke Donovan Caffrey, 18, of Fairlane, Shaftesbury, is accused of illegally accessing the computer system of the port of Houston, in Texas, on September 20, 2001.

He was charged with offences under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 - for the unauthorised modification of computer material, preventing or hindering access to data or programmes held on the computer.

District Judge Timothy Workman ordered Mr Caffrey to appear at Southwark Crown Court, in London, in December.
