Man questioned over shooting
A Somerset man is being held by police after an incident in Wiveliscombe in which a 37-year-old man died from gunshot wounds.

Police are questioning the 51-year-old man over the incident which happened at 2357 GMT on 9 November.

Ambulance and armed police response units were sent to the scene and arrived to find the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the head but still alive.

He was taken to Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton, but died shortly afterwards.

A firearm was recovered from the scene and police are describing the incident as "isolated".

Police are not seeking anyone else in connection with the shooting.
