Saudi Arabia has announced figures for next year's budget, anticipating a deficit of nearly twelve billion dollars -- against a background of sharp falls in world oil prices.

The Saudi Information Minister, Fuad Bin Abd Al-Salam Al-Farisi, said next year's revenues were estimated at the equivalent of thirty-two-point-two billion dollars and expenditure at forty-four billion.
