Rioting in Pakistani city

REASON -- STORY OLD -- SEE YESTERDAY The Pakistani authorities have imposed a curfew on the northern city of Bannu in the North West Frontier provinceafter rioting left at least four people dead and dozens injured.

Officials say a crowd went on the rampage, attacking the main police station and setting several security checkpoints on fire.

Trops have been called in to restore order.

Officials say the violence was prompted by the death of a teenager who was allegedly shot by a policeman after the boy resisted his sexual advances.
