Police fear serial flasher's next strike
Police tape
The flasher has struck 10 times in one year
Police in Swindon have launched a hunt for a serial flasher they fear could become more dangerous.

Detectives are investigating ten linked cases of indecent exposure in the town over the past year.

The man has exposed himself to women and girls as young as 13, and in one case was seen near a school.

Officers working on Operation Drop are desperate to catch the flasher amid fears he could begin assaulting his victims.

Appeal for help

Detective Constable Mark Wilkinson, of Swindon CID, said: "Although he has not made any physical contact with his victims, we cannot be complacent as to his future intentions.

"We are treating these incidents very seriously and need public help to find the culprit before he strikes again.

"Anyone who can help us with our inquiries is urged to get in touch."

Officers have recently carried out a forensic examination of the scene of the most recent incident, in which two women were involved.

The man is described as white, in his mid-20s, with unkempt brown hair and has been seen wearing blue jeans, a blue top and brown shoes.
