British and Dutch officials are continuing their investigations into the discovery of nineteen tons of cannabis -- valued at more than one hundred million dollars -- after intercepting two vessels off the Dutch coast.

Twelve people are being questioned.

The two boats had been under lengthy surveillance as they sailed from north Africa, taking a long detour round the coast of Scotland before heading across the North Sea to the Netherlands.
