The Turkish authorities say a woman set off a bomb she was carrying in the eastern city of Van, killing herself and another person.

The authorities say 22 other people were injured when the bomb exploded near a military bus.

There was no immediate claim of responsibilty for the attack, but Turkish officials say they suspect it was carried out by the Kurdish separatist group, the PKK.
