South Korea, Japan and US in talks
Officials from South Korea, the United States and Japan are due to meet in New York today for talks on how to handle suspicions that North Korea may have revived a nuclear weapons programme.
American diplomats are expected give a briefing on their recent direct talks with North Korea.
