The Russian government has announced that its ambassador to the United States will be returning to Washington tomorrow Wednesday.
This follows his recall for consultations last week to show Moscow's disapproval of the United States air raids on Iraq.
A Russian government spokesman said the Russian ambassador to Britain, who was recalled at the same time, was likely to return to London soon but he did not say when.
The spokesman also told reporters that American Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, would visit Moscow in January.
