Monday, December 21, 1998 Published at 22:21 GMT World: Middle East Palestinian call on peace TO FOLLOW ISRAEL ELECTIONS Responding to the vote in the Knesset, the Palestinians have insisted that Israel must continue to implement the Wye peace agreement reached in the United States in October. The secretary general of the Palestinian Authority, Tayeb Abdelrahim, said the vote was an internal Israeli matter.
