Cardiss completes Blue Sox move

Halifax Blue Sox play Leeds on Boxing Day

Wigan's Daryl Cardiss is joining Halifax in time for the Boxing Day Challenge against Leeds at Headingley.

The 20-year-old joins Blue Sox on a three-year contract.

The Academy international can operate at full-back or on the wing.

"Daryl is yet another quality player who has chosen to join us," said Halifax football manager David Hobbs.

"He is a young, exciting player who will help us in our bid for honours next season."
