Two killed in road crash
The accident happened outside a petrol station
Two people died and a man was severely injured in a three vehicle pile-up in Gloucestershire.
Rescue efforts were hampered when two of the cars caught fire. The accident happened outside a petrol station at Coombe Hill on the A38 road, between Gloucester and Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, at 22.50GMT on Sunday. Police said the dead were a woman and a person who remains unidentified. Minor injuries A man from the Cheltenham area who was pulled from the wreckage has been taken to hospital. His condition has been described as critical. A female driver of the third car escaped with minor injuries. The road was closed for several hours as police removed debris and took measurements at the scene.
