Video Inquiry into power cut misery
Energy Minister Brian Wilson promised an immediate investigation into the performance of energy suppliers, saying lessons must be learned from their response. Up to 100,000 homes across many parts of England and Wales are still without electricity. Richard Bilton reports from Leicestershire.
