Brazil ready for presidential run-off
	Despite three previous unsuccessful election campaigns, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva is expected to beat the ruling party's Jose Serra after he campaigned on a platform of profound social change in a country where poverty is widespread. Tom Gibb reports from Sao Paulo.
