Bush wins defence spending boost
	The law allows a $37 billion increase in military spending, bringing the budget to more than$350 billion. President Bush said the increase signalled America's determination to defend its freedom, and was 'a clear signal to friend and foe alike.' Gillian Ni Cheallaigh reports.
