Police appeal over murderer's car
Kevin Nunes
Kevin Nunes' body was found by a farm worker
Detectives hunting the killer of a man found shot dead in a country lane near Wolverhampton, are trying to trace the car in which he was driven to his death.

The body of semi-professional footballer Kevin Nunes was found by a farm worker in a lane in the village of Pattingham on 19 September.

Police are trying to trace his movements after he left a house in Lydian Grove in the Dunstall area of the town.

Detectives have been able to say that he was killed with 80 minutes of leaving the house.

They are now appealing for anyone who may have seen the car in which he arrived at Pattingham, to contact them.

Officers admit that some people may be fearful about coming forward with information, but have appealed for the public's help.

They would also like to speak with people who were at The Fox Inn, at Shipley, on the night of Mr Nunes' death.

A Jamaican national, Mr Nunes had recently moved to Wolverhampton from London.
