The English rugby team have beaten the world champions South Africa by thirteen-points to seven at Twickenham.

The victory deprives South Africa of setting a world record of eighteen consecutive victories.

In a thrilling match both teams scored a try each but England pressurised South Africa into making a series of errors.

These resulted in penalties which England converted.
