Three people have been charged with murder after a man was stabbed to death in Greater Manchester.

Philip Marsh, 22, was killed in the Duchy Estate, Salford, at about 0800 BST on 21 September.

Christian Hicky, 25, and Philip Hickey-Jones, 18, both of Bank Lane, Salford, were due before Salford magistrates on Wednesday.

Mark Harrison, 24, of Eccles Old Road, Salford, appeared before magistrates earlier this week.

Philip Marsh: "Greatly missed by all his family"

Mr Marsh, an administrator, lived in the Little Hulton area of the city.

His mum, Dot Howarth, said: "Phil was a brilliant lad who will be greatly missed by all his family, friends and anyone who knew him.

"It's difficult to put him into words - he was a lively lad who had a constant smile and was always laughing."

His dad, Sam Marsh, said: "Even people who had just met Phil loved him, he had so many different friends, some twice his age, some young kids.

"Everyone loved spending time with him, he was so generous he would do anything for anyone."
