Three charged over nightclub death

Three men have been charged with manslaughter after a man died in an attack outside a Berkshire nightclub.

Alan Wilkins, 34, of Reading, died of head injuries following an incident outside the town's Mango Tropical Cafe on 9 August.

David Grad, 24, of Nightingale Walk, Windsor, Lakhijeet Paintal, 22, of Beechwood Road, Wentworth, and Christian Ploug-Sorensen, 22, of Hancocks Mount, Ascot, have been charged with manslaughter and violent disorder.

All three men were released on bail and will appear in Reading Magistrates' Court on 1 October.
