A court in Turkey has acquitted the husband of the former conservative prime minister, Tansu Ciller, on corruption charges.
The case was re-tried and stemmed from a parliamentary inquiry into the couple's wealth.
Ozer Ciller was convicted and fined earlier this year for allegedly falsifying documents on his income in the United States.
Mr Ciller's acquittal comes the day after the Turkish parliament voted not to continue with corruption proceedings against both Mrs Ciller and another former prime minister, Mesut Yilmaz.
Turkey's Prime-Minister-designate, Bulent Ecevit, is trying to persuade both politicians to join him in a new coalition government.
